We had a case where the client tried to reach a successful resolution with “the other side”, and despite all of their best interests, an agreement could not be reached. We became involved and created an agreement on the steps of the court, and drafted a document which both sides were happy with. 

We presented that to the court clerk prior to the judge appearing in her chair. The judge came out and said, :”I believe we have reached a resolution”; we and the other side said  yes, and the judgement was set aside. 

This is a term used in court to say that the case was dismissed – a result. We can potentially help you reach the same successful solution.
